Key ingredients:
Dong Quai (Angelica sinensis)- This herb has been used for centuries in Asia for improving the general health of women. Directions:
You will need a tea infuser.
Steep 1 tbsp. of loose herb in a tea infuser for 2 min until deep red.
(What gives the tea its deep red color is hibiscus)
Drink one cup every morning for 3 days before expected cycle, and drink throughout bleeding.
